Complex & High Intensity Care
What is considered Complex Care?Individuals facing a spectrum of challenges in their lives, including complex care needs, will receive personalized support through our Complex Support Needs program. Specifically designed for those with higher-level needs resulting from disabilities, chronic conditions, illness, or frailty, this program offers specialized assistance to address their unique requirements.

In-home Support and Assistance with Daily Life

TRUA support workers have the capability to offer transportation assistance to our participants utilizing their personal vehicles. These expenses can be reimbursed through NDIS funding, covering the costs associated with community buses, taxis, or any other necessary form of transportation for individuals who may face challenges in traveling independently.House and yard maintenance

Her managerial journey includes significant positions at esteemed institutions such as Bendigo Health, Barwon Health, and Hesse Rural Health. As a values-driven leader, Deepa is passionately committed to promoting choice and control, empowering participants to achieve independence within their communities. This commitment extends to ensuring that individuals with disabilities and vulnerable youth have access to high-quality services. Deepa's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing, a Diploma in Child Care, a Certificate IV in Training and assessment, and she is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Wound ,Ostomy and Continence Management. .

SHINE
Shine, driven by a personal connection to disability within his own family, is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. With over 15 years of expertise in aged care and disability, Shine draws from both personal encounters with disabilities and hands-on experience supporting NDIS elderly participants. Possessing qualifications in aged care and disability, along with a Diploma in Child Care, Shine's knowledge is unparalleled. Fuelled by the aspiration to revolutionize the disability sector, Shine envisions creating an organization committed to delivering the highest quality care. Shine has extensive experience in Health care/Child care with reputable organisations such as Barwon Health , Next steps Early Learning Centre Estia Health and NDIS registered disability Services in Geelong.

Patrice- Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at Trua, Patrice brings 23 years of invaluable experience as a registered nurse. With a personal connection to disability within her own family (her mother having had Polio), Patrice is profoundly committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. In her pivotal role, she undertakes the crucial responsibility of overseeing all high-intensity support services, ensuring an unwavering standard of excellence in care and compliance. Patrice embarked on her professional journey at The Alfred. Patrice's extensive career features notable positions at Barwon Health, where she served as a Registered Nurse specializing in acute, aged care, disability, and Community Nursing.
Her skills have been further honed through dedicated studies in training and assessment, a postgraduate certificate in wound management, and a specialty year within the community nursing sector. Patrice's wealth of experience and qualifications is a testament to her unwavering commitment to the healthcare field. Her impact on the industry is evident, particularly in her diligent oversight of participant care and provision of specialist support to the high-intensity team at Trua.
